HITLER’S ‘RING’…NO, NOT THAT ONE, THE OTHER ONE!

Designed by fanatical Nazi, master goldsmith Karl Berthold, ADOLPH HITLER’S gaudy bling-ring was auction last year at the Alexander Historical Auctions House in Maryland. The reserve was £70,000.

On the ring is a huge swastika that is supported by other swastikas and swords. The piece is crowned by a large ruby and mounted in a silver globe which rests on an elaborate foot, also with a swastika. The ring was found at Berchtesgaden, Hitler’s mountain retreat in Bavaria, in 1945 by American troops. The ring, such an ugly monstrosity, I bet Uncle Adolph only wore it when he went out clubbing!

Present day! With the rise of Fascism, I wonder whether Hitler’s bling-ring will be replicated and sold on the QVC shopping channel, and perhaps alongside a pair of matching EVA BRAUN earrings and a belly ring too?

A KKK (Ku ‘Klutz’ Klan) rally planned for Saturday, Oct. 5 has been cancelled because of the US government shutdown.

On Sept. 26, officials at Gettysburg National Military Park granted a special-use permit for a rally to a Maryland-based KKK group. According to NBC 10 Philadelphia, the event was cancelled when park officials rescinded all permits for special events because of the shutdown, which began 12 a.m. ET on Tuesday. Well that’s rich? What is the world coming to when even a white supremacist, racist, ‘hooded order’ is prevented from holding a rally due to national politics? What does the US Park Services think members of the KKK are going to do, burn a wooden cross or something?

Apparently Mississippians aren’t too bothered that U.S. soldier Bradley Manning leaking hundreds of thousands of secret & sensitive documents to website WikiLeaks, but they are positively FURIOUS that he leaked the ORIGINAL recipe for the chocolate-based MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE dessert which until the leak had remained under lock & key. Mississippians are threatening SECESSION from the United States unless soldier Manning is executed!
