cannabis posterGypsies belonging to the 3-acre Glynmill Gypsy & Travellers Site in Merthyr Tyfdil, South Wales, built a giant cannabis factory capable of producing £250,000 of cannabis a year using a £1.3 million government grant that was awarded to provide a community centre for the 120 residents. Sixteen people ‘of no fixed abode’ have been arrested! It has been suggested, by the defendants barristers, that those involved in growing cannabis believed the £1.3 million grant came from the Government Enterprise Scheme for start-up businesses and entrepreneurs?
