‘DESICCATED’ COCONUT VERSUS ‘DESECRATED’ COCONUT!

It is widely accepted that in limited quantity desiccated coconut, which contains copper and magnesium, aids connective tissue strength…skin, tendons, ligaments, bone and teeth. According to the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease (2013), desiccated coconut supports brain function, yet because it remains high in saturated fat, it should be taken in moderation. Desiccated coconut is also an essential ingredient in curry. I’ve yet to discover any nutritional benefits from desecrated coconut!
