‘EXERCISE’…A 20 MINUTES A DAY WALK COULD ADD 7 YEARS TO YOUR LIFE!

That’s what researchers at St George’s Hospital in London have discovered! But I’ve been walking 2o minutes a day for years, stopping off along the way at the cake shop, the chippy, the off-licence and to buy fresh weed! Presumably the author of the report meant an ‘uninterrupted’ 20 minute walk? Therefore, can I assume I’m not entitled to a 7 years ‘extension’ on my life?
